GOLD works closely with its program recipients (clients) to create a viable budget based on a stable income. Once established, a stable income and effective budgeting allow clients to rebuild their credit histories and begin overcoming previous mistakes made in their lives. manages include, program recipients of other social service agencies such as HOME Inc, Section 8, and Magellan of Arizona as well as established relationships with area trade and technical schools for student housing, and local hospitals for nursing and intern housing.

TCMS Is an internet accessible database program where all of the information is gathered and stored for each property, each unit and each resident.
