Mr. Boynton has been involved in the management, operation and acquisition of commercial and residential properties for over 34 years. He has been CEO and owner of three property management companies over the course of his real estate career. During his extensive career Mr. Boynton has produced outstanding results for property owners by controlling costs and implementing effective strategies for keeping properties operating at high efficiency rates thus maximizing returns on owner investment. Mr. Boynton is also owner of One Step Closer, a social service agency that provides alternative housing solutions to Property Management Experts.


Timothy Theiss President and Designated Broker
Mr. Theiss has over 35 years experience in operations, capitalization management and real estate. As President and Designated Broker of Property Management Experts, Mr. Theiss has the responsibility to make sure properties are being run effectively, efficiently and according to contractual and Arizona Department of Real Estate standards.

Ray Jewell Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Jewell is a highly qualified real estate professional with over 25 years in the industry. During his professional career Mr. Jewell has owned, operated and managed approximately 87 properties ranging from single-family residences to multi-unit complexes. As Chief Operating Officer for Property Management Experts he has a keen interest in assuring all aspects of the company operates efficiently and always keeping the complete interest of the property owner in mind. Mr.' Jewell's acute attention to detail and depth of operational experience solidly grounds PME's performance as an emerging leader in the property management industry.

Rich Rose Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Rose has over 25 years experience in public accounting, private industry, business consulting, mortgage lending, and real estate lending and property management.

With his extensive background in accounting and financial issues, Mr. Rose brings to Property Management Experts and it's clients, a valuable resource for real estate related financial analysis, acquisition and exit strategies for property owners, as well as budgetary and accounting controls for properties under PME management contracts.

Chuck Kupcik Director of Alternative Housing & Information Management

Mr. Kupcik has more than 25 years experience in the administration, organization and management of both corporate and non-profit organizations. Additionally, he has a strong background in training, program evaluation and information management. During the course of his professional career he has provided training to individuals and groups on the use and implementation of advanced data management systems. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous Non-Profit agencies as well as Executive Director of a non-profit organization which specializes in providing social services to individuals and families encountering issues related to housing, transportation, employment, health care and finance. Mr. Kupcik's unique background of non-profit management and information technology make him well connected to establish Alternative Housing partnerships and opportunities for Property Management Experts and their client's properties.
